He couldn^t understand the importance of silver price per ounce
I like to work with young people. That is because I am getting older and I feel like an old man from time to time. I need to change something about it and that is why I work with people younger than me. They are full of energy and ideas and when they are at my store (I run a jewelery store) I feel better. I know that with them I can make something special that is going to be important not only for me but also for the whole business of mine. You might perceive my actions as a little bit selfish as whether you like it or not I am using the energy of those people for my own benefit. Sometimes I meet people which are not energetic at all, though. For example a new young worker at my store can^t understand the importance of silver price per ounce for our business. He can^t understand other important issues as well. What is the worst is the fact that he doesn^t want to learn new things. All he wants is to earn his money and go home. That is really frustrating for me and I think that I will be forced to fire him. There wouldn^t be anything wrong with the fact that he doesn^t understand the importance of silver price per ounce but the fact that he doesn^t want to change and learn new things says all about him.
